Open roles
DevOps Engineer
Own how Flowpact runs: infrastructure, deploys, uptime and cost.
What you’ll do
- Run our cloud across the web app, the iOS and Android backends and the AI agent workloads.
- Build CI/CD that lets a small team ship many times a day without breaking things.
- Set up monitoring, alerting, backups and incident response that work at 3am.
- Keep everything in code, and keep the bill sensible at startup scale.
What you bring
- Production experience on a major cloud, plus Cloudflare or something like it.
- Terraform or Pulumi, containers, and running Postgres for real.
- You have been paged, found the cause and made sure it didn’t happen again.
Security Engineer
Traders bring us their deals, counterparties and documents. Make that trust deserved.
What you’ll do
- Own security architecture: auth, access control, encryption, secrets and keys.
- Threat-model every new feature, above all AI agents that act for a member.
- Run pen tests, vulnerability management, logging and detection.
- Lead us toward the SOC 2 and ISO 27001 reports trading firms ask for.
What you bring
- Hands-on application and cloud security; you read and write code.
- Experience protecting financial or otherwise sensitive data.
- A working view of LLM risks such as prompt injection and data leakage.
Business Development, Commodities
Bring the right traders and trading firms into the network.
What you’ll do
- Open doors at trading firms and with the traders who run the desks.
- Lead the invitations and onboarding of our founding members.
- Turn every conversation into product insight the team can build on.
What you bring
- Years in physical commodities: trading, origination, operations or trade finance.
- A network you can open, and credibility with senior traders.
- Comfort in an early role where you write the playbook yourself.
Founding Full-Stack Engineer
Build the app traders run their deals in, on web, iOS and Android.
What you’ll do
- Ship features end to end in TypeScript: Next.js, React Native (Expo), Hono and Postgres.
- Design the data model for deals, counterparties, messages and documents.
- Sweat the details: speed, clarity and a UI traders want to open every morning.
What you bring
- Several years shipping production products, strong on both front and back end.
- Taste for clean, fast interfaces. Mobile experience is a plus.
AI Engineer, Agents
Build the agents that do the paperwork and take each request to the traders who know.
What you’ll do
- Build agent workflows over deal documents, messages and market data.
- Own retrieval, evaluation and guardrails, measured on real deal outcomes.
- Route requests across the network so the right member sees them first.
What you bring
- You have shipped LLM products to production, not just demos.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and a habit of writing evals first.
- Curiosity about how physical trade actually works.
Member Verification & Community Lead
Keep the network invitation-only, verified and worth every member’s time.
What you’ll do
- Verify every new member: identity, firm and role.
- Run onboarding so new members get value in their first week.
- Grow the community through member events and introductions.
What you bring
- Background in KYC, compliance, or community and investor relations in finance or commodities.
- Sound judgment and real discretion.
